It was just a day late and not notified of that. Spent day waiting at home all day and it didn't arrive til next day.

Fits fine and installs easily. My only real complaint is that the clamps hang into the bed side and can puncture or scratch anything you may be hauling. If you're not worried about that, it's fine. My last one was over twice as much but the clamps were low profile and did not touch the load.
