More than long enough. Works as expected with no hang ups

It may twist left and right a bit when connected to a cell phone but that is because the pins are heavy-duty made for larger electronics--computers, stereos, tvs. The length of it makes it when you are moving both devices connected to each side of the cable, neither of then will drop and the delicate inner wiring that produces the sound will not fray--as opposed to on shorter, 3ft-type cables. It may seem large, naturally, at times, to carry around a 6ft audio cable when using it with headphones connected to cell phones and tablets but it is worth it not to use a shorter, smaller, less sturdy cord that has a higher chance of destroying the connection and fraying, or tearing up it's inner wiring or can contribute to your connection devices dropping because they are not long enough you can roll up the extra cable and tie a twist around it. Worth buying again.

ended up with one of the jacks not working properly within months time or less

it stopped working 20 mins after i hooked it up 🤦🏽‍♀️
