I like this car tag cover. It keeps my tag clean and it's not too dark.

It fit my car perfectly and was easy to install. I like the slightly tinted protective cover to help keep my license plate from fading and other damage. The only thing is that it would be much more convenient if they'd include the hardware needed to install it so I didn't have to make a separate purchase

So far, the license plate cover appears to be fine. But hopefully, long term, the cover doesn't yellow like some do.

The smoke tint is yellow, not shown in the picture . It is not water tight when washing my vehicle I was careful, it still got in. This package does not come with hardware. There are no pads on the bottom in case you do not have screw holes on your vehicle to help it not make a vibration sound. Lastly it would be nice to know ahead of time in the info that this could block some of your backup camera on some vehicles.

Not sturdy. I got this to help avoid having my tags cut off my license plate ( yes, that happens) Cracked upon minimal impact, after car behind me barely bumped me. BTW, starting 2025 , in WA state, the slight smoke color is now considered "obscuring" license from digital readers. Which means I had to take it off-defeating purpose of trying not to have some idiot stealing my tags.

Not very sturdy plastic. There is no screws or mounting hardware of any kind so good luck finding the right sizes. The standard ones that come with the market plates are not long enough to go thru the plate, the frame and the plastic cover all at the same time. So far I have not been able to get it on and it is hanging in the garage.
