Auto Drive Universal Fit Rear Window Suction Cup Mesh Black Sunshade 1 Pack 20" * 40"

This was way easier than I thought to put up. All I needed was a damp paper towel to make sure the initial suction cup stuck, but once they're on there they are hard to get off! There are rings on the back so you can get the grip to pull and readjust. I was worried because I thought it was made for a car, but it did say universal fit, so I tried on my suv and it worked! There were a little bit of gaps but covers most of what I need. I have a black car with a black interior so things heat up quickly. It's light and flexible, so it's going to stay up there for a while. It's a mesh fabric, but it's honestly made a difference with reducing the temperature in my car, without reducing visibility.

We originally got the The Auto Drive Universal Fit Rear Window Sunshade for the rear window of our truck, but unfortunately it didn't fit. We decided to try it in our car instead, and it fit great. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to twist and fold into a compact circle for storage when it's not in use. I also love the suction cups. I've used several sunshades in the past that would fall off within minutes, but this one stayed securely attached for weeks without any issues. I like the simple design, and it's lightweight, making it easy to install and remove. Even though it's see-through enough to maintain good visibility out of the rear window, it still does a great job blocking sunlight and harmful UV rays. It also helps keep my vehicle a little cooler and provides added protection for the interior. I'm very happy with this sunshade and would recommend it, just make sure you measure your rear window first. This one was 20"*40".

The Auto Drive Universal Fit Rear Window sunshade fit perfectly in the rear window of our Honda Civic. It was easy to install with four suction cups and they seemed to hold well. Had to use effort to remove them. The sunshade was thin enough to see through to not impact visibility but helped block the sun from entering.

Got the Auto Drive rear window sunshade to review for yall. It is absolutely excellent guys let me tell you. Firstly the quality is just top notch. It fits the rear window of my sedan perfectly like a glove. And the value of this, fantastic. Gonna be using this all summer long. I encourage everyone to get this product if they're looking to keep their car cool.

This covers the entire rear window of my mini van! The suction is very strong and will not pop off easily and it provides a good amount of shade. Since it only fits on our rear window, it's taken off when we drive for better visibility and it is not a big hassle, but you do have to pull pretty hard. Easy to store as well.

This is a great product! The suction works really well. And it's perfect for keeping our car cool in this Florida heat! It's a super light weight which is nice for storage. I knocked 1 star just because the design doesn't sit flush with the window even though the measurements are correct. Other than that it's a solid car shade! Thank you!

Honestly it does work okay, and it blocks out the light pretty well in the back but the suction cups aren't the best and they don't stick that well. But it fits pretty good in the back window and does dim the lights I will say but I mean it has its flaws too. I wouldn't say it would be the first one I would recommend but it isn't terrible if you can catch it on a sale or something.

When thinking about a window sunshade for either the back or front windows, what do you think of? I think of the completely opaque sun shields that do not let in any light. The problem with this product is that it does not provide meaningful shading to cool down a vehicle, while also being unsafe to drive with it on. Its an awkward middle ground where it becomes a hassle to constantly take on and off for less than meaningful results. On the other hand, I found its build quality to be superb as putting it on was easy enough. The edges bent into the curvature of my window, and the suction cups kept in place very well. While I applaud the build quality, I just don't find it useful and thus I cannot recommend this product.

I drive a minivan, so this would be super useful. I attached it to the rear window using the suction cups and it held fine for maybe a day or so, but then the suction cups gave away and it fell down. I thought it may be because the window surface was recently cleaned and there may have been a thin film of the cleaning solution still on the window, so I used isopropyl alcohol to wipe the window and then used water to remove any residue. Then I cleaned with a microfiber cloth. I did the same to the suction cups. It still fell down after a couple of days. I tried repositioning it lower and higher, but it still fell down. I also tried adding a drop of water to the suction cups before attaching it to the rear window, but it still fell down after a day or so. I even tried it in my wife's car, (small SUV), but got the same results. Other than the suction cups giving away, it works effectively. It dims the light coming from the rear window enough that specular reflections of the sun don't bother you in the rear view mirror. The material itself (mesh) is also fine enough that you can read the tag plate of the car behind you. It's also helpful at night to cut down on the headlight glow from oversized trucks. It also covers up enough of the rear window such that the dimming effect is significant. It's not perfect in terms of coverage of the entire window, but it doesn't need to be. It really just needs to cover the center 80%. It's light weight and folds up easily. If the suction cups didn't keep giving away, this would be a 5/5 product. Unfortunately, I just couldn't get it to stick to the rear window for more than a couple of days, so I am giving it 2/5.
