Easy installation. The instructions were clear and minimal hardware was needed. The screws worked just fine for my Chrysler Pacifica.

Sometimes "Universal" Isn't the Best Description
The price of $5.97 and the simplicity of assembly are quite attractive. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that a car like mine (a Subaru Crosstrek) doesn't share a "Universal" fit with many other makes whose predrilled bumper holes for front license plates are spaced 7 inches apart. Not wanting to risk drilling 2 new holes in a brand-new car's bumper, I ended up purchasing the manufacturer's bracket mounting kit which requires spacers and special well nuts that receive mounting screws in order to work with holes spaced 8.25 inches apart. My experience is not a knock on Walmart's product, just a caution for customers to measure bumper hole spacing BEFORE making this purchase.

The bracket's holes don't line up with the license plate, but can be forced on since the bracket is plastic. No extra value here - the quality matches the price.

Not universal; did not fit. Everything was adjustable fit except the part that actually mounts to the car… It was cheap so not too upset besides I still am unable to display my plate on my vehicle until a proper one arrives.
