the function itself as a bluetooth fm transmitter is as expected. however, there are much easier ones which can be connected to the power socket and turn on/off with the car. i thought this one would be good since it has a solar pannel, but it does not charge at all even with direct sun all day and a clean front window. it does charge with a cable and it has to be the one provided, so i won't knock it for that. like i said i got it over others because it was uppose to be solar and that does not work. it also has yo be turned on/off manually ever time

I got it in early June and quickly noticed the solar didn't really do much of anything, but more concerning is that it just stopped charging mid September. It worked great…. for 3 months. If we ignore that the solar feature didn't work. Disappointing.

Cut on and everything, but the overall functionality of it is flawed. I'm definitely returning this !
