Love the fact it's USB chargable , also a space saver as there is no need to buy a floor model dispenser.
Works great. I appreciate that it's pretty universal on any jug with a skinny neck. I have used this for an entire 5-gallon jug, and I have yet to need to charge it. I like that I do not have to recharge frequently. If this dies in 6 months or a year, I would buy it again.

For those who have trouble lifting (or not), this is the ultimate water delivery system for 3 and 5 gallon jugs of water when camping. Push button control that is very responsive and a low humming noise indicating it's on. USB charging allows you to charge it from a vehicle. I'm very happy with this purchase.
Tucson Az water is less than wonderful and you'll probably see more drinking water being bought due to the drought and just because it tastes and smells so bad. That means also handling the 5 gallon jugs. This pump dispenser is absolutely great in every way! Don't see how anyone can go wrong. Give it 100!

Works great but could have used a better manual. Must have been translated from Chinese and lost some specifics.
I bought it in August now it is Sep 18. It broke an early morning. Looks like the motor is burnt. There is light smoke coming out of it and smells like a buring plastic. I don't use it very often, like one week two 5 gallon water, each usage no more than 2minutes. It is a waster for the material used for it thus the carbon footprint, all the shipping packaging and dispose add to it. It is just one month, not sure I can return or get replacement from Walmart. I would not waste time or material by returning it if I can replace the motor/pump myself.
I paid for a full price but received an used item. The one which I received is a return item. The box is opened. I am not happy for that. I will return it back to the store
