I was a little hesitant ordering a mop online wondering how it would hold up in shipping but have to tell you it arrived in a long large box in perfect condition! I can't tell you how great this mop works and how easy it is to wring out. My main reason for this purchase was for applying Quick Shine to some old hardwood floors but have since used the Quickie on the tile floors in the bathroom and have to say it works great. The mop heads (sponge) are simple to replace, I purchased 2 extra to have on hand but don't think I will need one any time soon since the first one is still like new. After use the sponge does not dry out and get hard but stays soft and "spongy".
This is a classic sponge mop. It is the same as if you attach a sponge to a stick and mop your floors. The replacement should be a snap as it was easy to remove the original sponge. There is a velcro attachment for those hard to scrub areas. Also, the handle is a little longer than I had expected, but it works very well for me.
Works well
Mop is great. It is my replacement to allow me to go under sofa and dressers. Your website needs help. When I look up this mop your site should also recommend the Quickie sponge replacements. It did not. I never like to support Amazon as I always prefer Walmart, but their site is so much better. Copy them please.
Couldn't even mop my entire kitchen floor before this mop broke. Don't waist your money
The plastic that holds the sponge broke before the mop was ever used. Walmart customer service referred me directly to the seller, but I wasn't able to reach them. Tried to super glue the pieces back together but it didn't hold. Would love a refund!
the mop came with a plastic bag covering the mop sponge. I had to take the sponge off and when putting it back on,, the cheap little plastic wing nut that hold the sponge on, had no threads on it and nobody has these plastic wing nuts so the mop was defective...
This is not the Quickie mop that I have used for many years. This is all plastic, and the mop sponge is much smaller than the ones I have used in the past. This mop will never hold up. Unfortunately, I will have to find another brand of mop to use in the future. You should, too.
This mop is junk...It has plastic screws that don't stay on...the strip out the first time you wring out the mop...I want to return this mop, but I don't know how to do it, being I ordered it on line and home delivered... Don't recommend this to anyone
The mop came with one of the blue things that holds the sponge on loose in the packaging. I managed to get it on and have it stay on long enough to mop the floor once. Then it came off and will not screw on again. The mop is useless. I am trying tying the sponge on with a cord.
