I had a very frustrating experience with this order. The brake pads were shipped twice, and both times the package arrived damaged due to extremely poor and weak packaging. As a result, I never actually received the product in usable condition. I requested a refund since the item was not delivered properly, but it has now been over 10 days and I still have not received my money back. This situation is unacceptable. Proper packaging is essential, especially for heavy automotive parts like brake pads. I hope this issue gets resolved soon, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying this product online.
