Thís ac/heat unit is working great so far. Cooling off the 300sf room quickly. Big unit but it seems very quiet for it size. Moving the AC/heat unit around the house is easy. Quick assembly to the window. Fast delivery is a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this and was so excited to bring it in. Note it is very heavy so I recommend two people Carry in. After that the box was so simple to just take off then I could roll the unit with ease. I read instructions, placed the window mount and then turned it on. I am highly impressed with how well the ac works and looks. I love the pop out too for ease to store and not worry about getting dirty. I like that it comes with a drain tube to prevent water getting on the floor, the ease of using the remote as well as being able to set a timer. I highly recommend this ac for smaller rooms as it will work wonders. Built with high quality materials and was ment to last. I can't say enough good about this air conditioner. It's been an amazing unit to cool down a 200sq bedroom with ease even in the hottest temps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Aux AC 8000 BTU on rollers is the perfect size Portable air conditioner for my needs. It is big enough to cool a 200 square foot area and cold enough to do it quickly. After I opened the package and removed the packing material, there was very little to do before I could test it out. The two small manuals are easy to read and follow, including diagrams, one for the remote control and another for the portable air conditioner itself. This AC model includes caster wheels for easy movement which is a plus since the AC itself weighs approximately 61 pounds and is 13.8 x 16.57 x 27.9 inches in size with a decibel sound level of 52 DB. In addition it has two permanent built in hand holds and has window venting kits included for quick setup. Another thing I am happy about is it is a dehumidifier with an easy to wash reusable filter, this means you don't have to buy filters but just rinse this one and reinsert it in the unit. I did notice that the AC lets you know when the drain pan needs emptying and there is a plug in back and a hose provided to take care of this.

Owned for two weeks. Works great so far. I have it in a 600sf room, which I know is bigger than intended for this size unit but it keeps it about 20 degrees cooler than outside(today it is 95 outside, the unit is set to 70, the current inside temp is 77). Noise level is the same as a box fan. Set up is super easy.

The unit was nicely packaged, however the vent panel was missing some screws and the adhesive stripes. Currently waiting to see if it'll cool of my den area which is kind of large.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner does an excellent job keeping my 150 square foot office cool and it pulls quite a bit of moisture out of the also which is a plus for Texas. I would recommend this air conditioner if you are looking for a basic model without a lot of frills that does an excellent job. But if you are looking for one with more advanced features then look somewhere else.

AC works great. however because it has been colder outside and I have a baby I use the heat. I turn it on about 2-3 times at night to warm up the room and the P1 error turns on (empty water) which is pretty annoying. I empty about 1 cup only. The water reservoir seems big as it has a water spout at the top, but I'm not sure why is stops working after filling with ao little water. going to return it as it's annoying and heavy having to empty it so often.
