I purchased this in march for my daughter in case of emergency. Today is the day, she was stranded at school with a dead battery and a charger that didn't work. Now I'm getting the run around. Manufacturers phone number is out of service. That should tell you what you need to know. I have a feeling even though I bought purchas protection I'm done
