Avalon Organics Shampoo, Nourishing Lavender 11 oz

I have long hair, all natural, no chemical processes or color, and it's stick straight, starting to get a little dry as I age. I do NOT like shampoos/conditioners that leave a lot of residue, or have a heavy perfume to them. I also love the smell of lavender. This product gives me what I like, on all counts. My hair is clean, has a healthy shine, and is not dried out. It has enough REAL lavender scent (not a cloying perfume smell) to satisfy my preference for that, but it does not leave me smelling like a sweetened flower pot. I use it as a shampoo and body wash; a little goes a long way!

I love the smell of this shampoo. Sweet lavender. Don't use a lot to get it clean. Good value. cleans good too- without the bad items in shampoos. I have never tried an organic or natural shampoo....soo this was a good experience. I seem to have drier hair than normal after using soo I would suggest if you are a teenager or have oily hair this is a good one for you....or just use an extra rich conditioner after cleaning with this shampoo. But my hair is oily so this was good for it. I always use conditioner anyway , so no big problem there. Good product. Does as it says...cleans with out the bad ingredients.

Love the smell. It's just strong enough without over powering. It lathers up really thickly and nice. Hair seems really squeaky clean.

Awful packaging! when we opened the box the shampoo were spilled all over inside the box! totally unacceptable!!!

Watered down and filler ingredients added. Doesn't even produce a lather. Can't call it shampoo anymore. Won't be buying Avalon shampoo again.
