Brand New
I just got this so my opinion may change. It's really loud. Not sure if once it hits a colder temp if it will turn off, but if it stays like this, I might have to return.

Slow leak from underneath the machine
Had this for about 11 months, most recently noticed it is leaking from the bottom. It's a slow leak so you dont really notice. Seems have been going on for awhile since the table underneath is completely warped 🤦🏽♀️

Misleading Product Information
I'm very disappointed in this purchase. In every picture it shows the water jug. This leads me to believe the jug is included. I did not see anywhere that said the jug was not included. I purchased this as a gift to my kids and granddaughter, who have very bad drinking water. They were excited when it arrived and very disappointed to find there wasn't a jug for the water. You need to make it very clear when the jug is not included.
