The wedge is good, firm. I don't like the fact that it doesn't dissipate heat very well so it feels warm after a while. Also, I would love one a little lower, instead of 7” of height, maybe 6” or 5.5”. It great that you can wash the cover although it would be great if you sold a sheet for it. If it were as long as the bed and cool to sleep on I would definitely buy it, of course adjusting the height and making a sheet. Thanks.

can't sleep comfortably using it...........will keep trying at times. causes hip pain..........
