This was perfect for me when I needed to keep my head elevated and sleep on my back after surgery. I'm normally a side sleeper and was dreading having to sleep on my back, but this made it bearable.
Bought for wife that has stage 4 bone cancer. She loves that its comfortable and has helped her with the pain. She would recommend it for anyone that is suffering with pain in back and neck especially for watching TV or reading. Material is very strong and durable and made extremely well. Ability to move and configure for type of support needed at various times is a plus.
I love to read in bed but it always leaves me in pain because of awkward positioning. This pillow system lets me read in bed and I am comfortable and relaxed. I have some hip pain on both sides, but after just a few minutes of relaxing with the pillow system, the hip pain goes away and stays away. This was an unexpected surprise. I can sleep the whole night through without taking any pain medication. During the day, the pain is much less and manageable. I think it is because of the pillow that goes under my knees. I haven't been able to sleep with the system and have gone back to a regular pillow, but overall reading in bed in comfort and the lessening of my hip pain has made this a good purchase for me.
I am going to be having surgery and everyone has to told me that I will want to sleep in a slightly elevated position. So I started looking for a wedge pillow of some sort. I stumbled upon this in my search. It just made so much sense to me, to be able to control the angle of your elevation like this! In addition to my impending surgery, I also have some back problems and this pillow system works well allowing me to support my back fully. I haven't used it enough to need to wash the covers yet, so I don't know how well they will wash and go back on yet. But it is very nice looking and feeling. It is pricey but I love it!!

The cushions are really nice. I like being able to sit up comfortably. The lumbar support is a little high on my spine so I use a flat pillow. The only weird thing for me is I find myself rolling off to the side on some occasions. Not sure if it's because of the pillow or just getting used to the new angle.
The Kindbed is a high-quality, customizable sleep and bed-rest support system. The staff was helpful, delivery was prompt. Product aired-out of ‘new fabric' and ‘new foam pillow' smells within several days. I'm testing it before surgery that will require upright sleep and rest for a while and it is working out great. It has many possible configurations and positions possible, so take your time getting used to it. After several naps of an hour or so, I've used it for sleep and gradually increased the time I'm comfortable in these new positions. Now up to six hours of quality sleep after a few trials – so it will work great for me. The firmness takes some getting used to (it's not a pillow-top bed), but is very supportive for head/neck/back and I'm waking with no discomfort.

Product as advertised, arrived intact and ready to use. Very happy. No information supplied by Jet.com until day before delivery. That was a little frustrating, but price was good. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
The pillows are not comfortable, they continuously shift went I move, the space between my lumbar and the bed is not supported enough. Not at all what I expected.
