I was so happy when this arrived. I don't do yoga, but I was looking for a comfortable lounge to relax on. It is awesome. My whole family loves to use it. It's great to watch tv or take a nap on. I saw a negative review that it was “too hard”. I'm glad to report that it is firm but not to where it is uncomfortable.

Arrived quickly, well packaged, and easy to put together. Measurements as advertised. Be sure to double check the color that you've ordered. I accidentally ordered blue instead of buckwheat after navigating back-and-forth from pages.

My wife absolutely love this chair... She was surprised and a but shy to use it at first. But now she can't wait to use it every time. You can really get creative with this thing. Quality is great and a very comfortable chair. Worth every penny.

This item is way too firm, to the point that it was uncomfortable and hurt to use. The material has a slight "crunchy" sound to it, and it's very low to the ground (no legs). As far as customer service goes by the seller, it felt less than impressive. The 100% satisfaction guaranteed and free return was presented differently when i reached out to the company. They gave me the option to keep the item and receive 40% refund (which would have been nice if I was happy w the product, but at the same time would not have been an option as i would not have reached out to set up a return, if I was happy with it). The second option was to receive 80% refund, but mail back the cover that came with the item (odd option), or third option was to donate the item and show the company proof of it, and get a 90% discount. When I asked the customer service why I'd be charged 10% for an item i was not happy with and i was not keeping, they replied that as much as i dont like to get 10% deducted, they don't like to lose money on shipping fees. Ehm, that was a very disappointing response, as it was not something they expressed at the time of selling the item. I set up a return and pickup by fedex through Walmart. I would not recommend this seller, nor the product (close to $400). I'm glad i purchased this through Walmart, and not ditectly through Avana!!
