I like the freezer spaces. I would have liked a light in the freezer also.

The fridge works great, but I it arrived with a door that was out of alignment. Unfortunately, it's the only fridge I have right now, so I can't send it back and wait for a new new. I was told to send in a photo, such that the supplier to could be advised of the situation, and we could see if a new one could be shipped before I send this one back, but I've not heard anything back from Jet. Overall, I'm pleased with the fridge, just not with the damage. One final note, the freezer and fridge are tied to the same temp control, so don't plan on using this as a side-by-side fridge. Otherwise, the fridge is a good value. Quiet and efficient. Just a little damaged.

Fridge is so far good to go. Integrated shelf coils in freezer help freeze my Old Fashioned ice balls quickly and clearly. Took off two stars. One for the $100 price increase and one because it arrived damaged. Since it was the "last one" and all other retailers sold out, I let it go for now.

This fridge/freezer is a really great size! I feel like 5.5 cu ft of space is just the right amount for my household (we live in a tiny house). I did a lot of research on the internet prior to purchasing this appliance and decided to give it a try based on its energy rating (though i kept on finding two different energy draw info sheets for this Avanti 5.5). I ended up returning it when realizing that the temperature control for the fridge and freezer are on the same dial in the fridge- this was a deal breaker for me. Also when we received the unit the top freezer coil was popped out of place. To put it back in it looked like we might have to take apart part of the freezer-not something I want to do with a new unit. Ended up returning it and now waiting for the igloo 5.5 model to arrive-it seems to have two separate temp controllers-we shall see...

It’s a good little fridge that looks nice and there’s a good price, but the packaging is very poorly done and it arrived damaged. For some reason, they don’t even have a bottom on the cardboard box, just a piece of Styrofoam. Additionally, there is no light in the freezer and you cannot adjust the freezer and fridge temperatures separately.

Terrible experience. The refrigerator itself is good. Walmart...not so much. It arrived damaged, I spend 10 hours on the phone for replacement or refund.. The customer service is useless–friendly, but nothing gets done. I gave up. Throwing out $600 because I cant deal with the agrivation anymore. I will never order from Walmart agin.

I bought and returned THREE of these. The compressor overheated and wouldn't turn off on one, one did not cool at all even though i followed the instructions exactly, the third produced a burning oil smoke and smell. Previous available reviews gave a 50% chance: either you got a perfect one or you got one that didn't work at all. I was ZERO for three.

Worst item I have ever received but I absolutely love the design but afraid to order another .. pictures describe it ! Plastic was peeled ( like once opened ) , Doors off center , gouges , scratches and the bottom is taped up - like for sealing purposes (what a joke ) … who ever sent this item , whoever is a partner with Walmart , should be ashamed ! This unit shouldn’t even be considered resealable and should be at a salvage center for $100 - ridiculous $525.00 item , it’s trashed ! I bet 100.00 it’s been repaired and then sent out !

I love the design of this refrigerator and was so dissappointed when it arrived and 3 of 4 leveling legs were missing, there were dents and scratches all over including on the compressor. I was willing to live with the minor dents and scratches, but the refrigerator does not cool and its giving off fumes that burns my eyes.
