It's a comfortable chair the massage is really nice and so is the heating element. The only thing that I have to say about it is that the. When I sit back and lounge? The lower lumbar support is not comfortable. It doesn't follow my spine. It's too stiff and gets uncomfortable but when I'm setting up the lumbar is supported, I think they need to change the design so that the lumbar support either softens or can shift down so you can relax

We ordered two for our TV room. They are comfortable, swivel and have cup holders. Thinking about purchasing one for a gift. Excellent and good quality.

In my opinion, a "must know" item is that the base of the chair is entirely metal. If you intend to use this on a hard floor, you will want a rug or some type of protection for your floor. Without intervention, the chair will slide and could scratch the floor. If you are planning to use on carpet, there should be no issue. Not too difficult to assemble. Very comfortable for an average size man. Seems solid, good quality.

The back of the chairs lumbar/ lower back sticks out quit a bit, heat works great. Massage vibration adjustable, and preference of location of massage or all over options. The ottoman is loud when vibrating on hard wood floors. But I'm sure on carpet it would be fine. Chair sits low. Didn't keep due to lumbar area too much for me. Great quality beautiful chair just didn't work out for me.

Very low quality. Stitching is loose and a few threads are changing out. Chair is very very low. Too low even for an extremely short person. I'm afraid i may miss the chair with it being low and a glider. i requested a return

Chair definitely was a return item because it had scratches where someone trie to put ottoman together. Ottoman can't be put together because screws don't fit. Seller should of taken it off market. Also instruction are not clear at all. Would not recommend 😕

The chair is too low to the ground, it is very uncomfortable and the heat is not working , I started 2 returns and have contacted the seller both times and as of now I have not got a response from the seller, i need to return this and if I don't get a response by end of week I will have it reimbursed through my credit card.

If you are a senior, better have a plan on how you will get out of this chair. It sits on floor. Quality was good, a short person designed this chair.
