Beyond wonderful
I have been buying this for myself for decades. My grand niece was having bad reactions to other lotions. I sent this to her and everything works beautifully in terms of keeping her skin soft without inflaming it. This lotion is beyond wonderful. And I thought the price was exceptional as well.

Wrong Product
I ordered the hydrating lotion, I worked for Aveda and know and love the Botanical Kinetics Lotion. What I received is the BK Hydrating Treatment Lotion Toner. It is a liquid toner, not the cream lotion that I ordered. I am hoping this can be fixed…?

Disappointed
The item I ordered was different from the advertised product. I ordered a hydrating lotion and received something completely different. I had to initiate a return and while I wait for this process to conclude I am out of the money I paid. i would not recommend this seller at all.

Product description is hydrating treatment lotion, which is a clear liquid. Image shows hydrating lotion, which is a white creamy lotion. I received the treatment lotion, thinking that I was ordering the regular lotion.

BEWARE!!!!! Sent awfully scented liquid
SKETCHY company! I ordered Aveda lotion and they sent me a bottle of liquid that was labeled Aveda lotion. The liquid inside the bottle smelled super fragrant and nothing compared to Aveda products
