very rich lathery shampoo with a gorgeous smell
As others have commented, you either love the smell or hate it. I love it, and I'm not usually one for sweet scents, but I love anything almond scented. The cherry and almond together is such a pretty combination. I can really smell it in the shower but not when my hair is dry which I like. This feels very rich for a shampoo and it really lathers, so you only need a small amount. I have long type 2B hair so I always go through conditioner a bit faster than shampoo, but especially so when I use this with the matching conditioner. I find this to be quite good value, and I like that the surfactants in this the more gentle type. I have repurchased this quite a few times and will continue to do so.

Aveda for an excellent price.
My cap on this product was not sealed and the seal under the cap was open. I was almost afraid to use it because it was tampered with.

Stolen?
I received this in a timely matter. It appears to be the real product. However I am concerned that it is possibly stolen item as it clearly stamped with "Not for Retail sale" right across the front. I paid full retail price but I suspect the seller may have obtained it in a dishonest manner and am surprised a big corporation like Walmart would sell ineligible items that I can't help but wonder if it was stolen from an Aveda Salon.

Why the change?
Unisex, really?!!!! Anyone can buy shampoo they want or like. KEEP THE POLITICS OUT OF IT!!! The review is for the name change only in this shampoo as I really love it. But not sure I can buy it anymore due to the display of politics. It will interesting to see if freedom of speech is censored.
