Great Delivery
I ordered Aveda Shampoo for my wife for $60 and received 12 Pampers Splashers. I am 70 years old but still don't need those. Looks like it is a hint from Walmart. They recommended me to bring Pampers back to the store. I told them to send their truck to my house to pick Pumpers up, instead of driving somewhere to bring their mistake back. I would expect Walmart to tell me to throw Pumpers away and promise to send their truck shampoo I ordered. They could not do that. I told them hat I will throw the Pampers out and buy shampoo somewhere else. They were happy with that.

I love Aveda, but….
I love Aveda but this shampoo was too drying for my fine hair. I bought the big bottle so I have to alternate every other shampoo with a co-wash.

Fantastic shampoo
Aveda Shampure cleans and elimimates product residue without stripping my hair. It's soft, clean and bouncy. Love this shampoo. Always pick up the large size when it's on sale.

Aveda Shampure Nurturing Shampoo
I'm a big fan of this product. I attribute the shine and good health of my hair to this shampoo and the Aveda Shampure conditioner as recommended. It's a winning combination. Comparatively shopping, I found Walmart had the best price, fast delivery, and all around good customer service.

Conditioner sent instead of shampoo twice
Conditioner was sent twice and not the shampoo. I do not want to return the conditioner, but I do want shampoo and there's not a way to do that through the online system.

Proper Shipping
The Shampure from Aveda was great. However the supplier it shipped from was extremely poor, as they did not think to tape down the cap and nearly 1/3 of the bottle leaked out! When I sent them an email Tony -Just Beauty they ignored my request!

Bought Shampoo, Received Conditioner :( Arrgghh!!!
Very disappointed!!! I ordered shampoo and just realized what I received was conditioner, and it's past the return window. What a waste, and very sloppy fulfillment.
