this is by far best cream for diabetics dry, irritated skin. packaging was issue. both jars had cracks in bottom. will re-buy but hesitant bout company that shipped. needed this for a trip. aveeno has always been used by my family for last 40 years. dont mind paying price, 1 jar can last 8 to 12 month's. I've tried everybody. This worked !!!!

This anti-itch balm from Aveeno is just okay. It helps with dryness that causes itching but only in a very temporary way. I was hoping that it would form a barrier and help control itch at least for a few hours, but this did not happen for my son. He has a severe form of eczema and I haven't found anything- OTC or Rx that helps. This is honestly just a decent cream. Moisturizer for about an hour.

I was very excited to try this product. I recently started taking a biological for my eczema and it had been improving until I used this balm. I applied this to my eczema and it immediately started BURNING. My skin turned dark red and wouldn't stop burning even after I rinsed it off. All my skin started swelling and had to go to the ER and get pumped with steroids. Use with caution and patch test before use.
