This hydro-cortisone cream works very well and stops any itch within a few minutes. This is the best one I've found so far and a little goes a long way.

This is my third purchase. It is absolutely the BEST For itchy skin and immediately relieves itchiness. It works wonders on bug bites, especially misquote bites and ants. I even use this on my dog, just not in places she can lick it off.

I sometimes get small very itchy patches from eczema and this cream is by far the best relief I have found.

Aveeno 1% Hydrocortisone cream is sold as Maximum Strength Formula formulated for longer lasting relief of itch and irritated skin. This product did not work as advertised for me. Living in Minnesota the weather conditions in the winter are severe. Dry itchy skin is a problem for many. I tried the Aveeno anti-itch cream the day I got it. It did not relieve the itch or dryness for more than ten minutes. Some of the ingredients are : Triple oat complex, Aloe and Vitamin E. These should surely releive the itching, however it did not. The uses also say it is good for insects bites and poison ivy however we have none of these this time of year. I have tried other products with a much greater success. I would not recommend this product for dry itchy skin.
