Aveeno Protect + Hydrate Moisturizing Sunscreen Lotion with Broad Spectrum SPF 30 & Antioxidant Oat, Oil-Free, Sweat- & Water-Resistant Sun Protection, Travel-Size, 3 oz

This is the first sunblock I've found that absorbs quickly enough that I don't mind reapplying on the go. I love it. I have a community garden and have always hated putting new sunblock on and being sticky for 20 minutes while I'm trying to work in the dirt. So I've skipped applications in the past and have sun damage to show for it. I've used it for over a year and have never had a problem with it, even though my skin can be sensitive sometimes. There are a few ingredients that could be irritants for some, and the level of oats doesn't seem like it would have much soothing effect, but if its a product I will actually use then its doing its real job - which is protecting me from broad spectrum sun damage. I think that's a big deal. My husband loves it too.

I tried a lot of different sunscreens. I tend to react to them and have also had skin cancer so it was very important to find the right one. All the pure zincs made me look like a zombie. Some other's felt so oily.. This was the only one that went on clear, no zombie face, Olive Oil and it moisturizes too.

I am so upset not to be able to buy the Ultra-calming lotion with spf 30. My dermatologist gave me samples, and it is the ONLY facial sunscreen I have ever used that did not make my face itch! Loved it! The new Naturals line does not have the same properties or effect. I will be looking elsewhere again :(

Have used nothing else but "face"30 for years. Best sun protection for the face I hae ever found. No smell, no stick residue, it just worked. Now it is gone and the replacement cannot begin to live up to the standards of the original product. BRING IT BACK QUICK. Otherwise I must find another product. Charles Ponder

I've been through two bottles already but I learned with the first bottle that this product can't be put on your face. It goes on smooth enough. The Hydrate portion and yes, my skin felt protected. However, this stuff gets oily fast. And I already have oily skin in the T zone area. But I put this product on my body... legs especially and it works good. I just finished the second bottle and won't buy another. I need something I can use on my face and body.

I bought this thinking it would be a great sunscreen, as I have liked other Aveeno products, but the first time I used it, it started to sting so bad I had to wash it off immediately. I never made it outside to see how well it works. I gave it a "poor" on the review since it wasn't effective for me as I couldn't use it. I am not sure if the store will take this return, but I will try to take it back.

Please bring back the old formula specifically for face. It was perfect, I have used it for 6-7 years and have loved it. This new stuff is awful! I understand keeping products fresh, but in my opinion you HAD the best product on the market, now I will search for a different option.

I've been using Aveeno Continuous Protection Lotion Face SPF 30 for a number of years and have loved it. I tried this replacement product and am so disappointed. It's very greasy, makes my face and neck appear very shinny and when I apply my makeup over it, it balls up. Please bring back Aveeno Continuous Protection Lotion Face SPF 30, 3 Ounce.

This product didn't even sort of work. I applied it once before I went to the beach, then two more times at the beach, after I got out of the water, and one more time for good measure. Even had my friend put it on my back so I didn't miss anything. I am so painfully sunburned right now! We were only on the beach for 3-4 hours, I should have been more than fine if this product was actually effective, clearly it isn't. I'm really disappointed!

For years, the original Aveeno was the only sunscreen that did not make my face break out. This new formulation makes me breakout, and does not seem to give as complete protection (whatever the SPF). PLEASE BRING BACK THE SUNSCREEN WITHOUT THE MOISTURIZER!!
