I've been sleeping on this mattress for a while, and it feels great. It's not too soft or too firm-just right for me. I sleep through the night without tossing and turning. It also stays cool, which I love. I wake up feeling well-rested every day. This mattress was a good choice and totally worth it.

Wow! I was very pleased with this item. It came in a sturdy box with well packaging and it was rolled up vacuum sealed. Beware, item is very heavy though! The mattress is very soft and firm. It has a great feel to it! Highly recommend for a reasonable price! So happy I made this purchase! Just be careful while cutting open the box and the bag!

After trying it out for a week I can say that I like it a lot. No difference between the expensive ones to be honest. And for someone who stays temporarily in one place it's cheap and good solution. I had terrible back pain before and after sleeping on this mattress it's gone and I started waking up earlier than before. Good deal to me.

It still impresses me how mattress companies can get an entire mattress into a much smaller box. The 12" queen mattress arrived with no issues. Because it is packaged the way that it is, carrying the mattress up stairs seems less awkward than if it were fully open. As an added bonus, it can be entertaining to open the mattress and watch it slowly take its shape. When looking for a mattress, this Avenco price is hard to beat.

I'm in the process of converting my office into a guestroom and needed a new mattress for the queen size bed. I ordered this 12 inch mattress and it delivered tightly rolled in a box which is perfect because I needed to carry it up three flights of stairs! It's very nice and comfortable. I prefer a firm mattress and this one is great for my back!

My weight is 71 kg, I can't sleep on this mattress for 1 hour continuously. When you lie on it initially it will push down few inches that's still fine but within hours it will push more eventually you will be awake. So in my opinion it's waste of money. I have asked for returns. Even my partner she is 50 kg only she can't sleep on this mattress.

Walmart has refused to give me a refund on this item spent almost 200$and never received my product I'm beyond aggravated it's been months don't order from Walmart and expect them to deliver they won't and they will steal your money and give you nothing in return

This mattress is way too soft , to the point of hard to get off of it !! Very dissatisfied I see now why it was on clearance sale ! Bought it for our guest room and was so embarrassed I put my guest to sleep on it ! Even with one person on it you will roll to the middle of bed . Guess I will have to “eat” that money and go to furniture store like I should have in first place !

I requested the service of mattress removal with the purchase of a new mattress. I wasn't able to be home when driver was there to pick up old mattress. After realizing I missed driver I tried rescheduling service to have old mattress picked up. Angi rep told me to contact Walmart and when I did the person that helped me a couple of days ago said they rescheduled to have mattress picked up on 5/28/25, I just contacted you guys thru chat and they say there is nothing scheduled for a mattress pick up and now it is too late for him to be able to do anything on order cause the time that has passed.
