Avenco Luna 12" Queen Size Medium Hybrid Support Mattress, CertiPUR-US Motion Isolation Mattress

I'm in the process of converting my office into a guestroom and needed a new mattress for the queen size bed. I ordered this 12 inch mattress and it delivered tightly rolled in a box which is perfect because I needed to carry it up three flights of stairs! It's very nice and comfortable. I prefer a firm mattress and this one is great for my back!

Comfortable and supportive. No more back pain. The thickness feels just right on my platform bed. Very satisfied with the quality I got for this price. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Very comfortable for resting. Excellent quality. A highly recommended purchase.

It wasn't as firm as I expected for a mostly inner springs mattress. But my mother, who I bought it for, loves it. Says it's the best sleep she's had in years. I'd say this is a soft to medium firmness mattress. But if you want something firmer, I'd give this a pass.

Loved that this came compacted as it made it so much easier to get up the stairs. It took a few hours to fluffy up but aftet that it was good to go %26 super comfy. It is firm but not to firm that it hurts your back. We've been sleeping on it for 2 weeks so far and i have no complaints. For the price i am super happy with it.

Wow! I was very pleased with this item. It came in a sturdy box with well packaging and it was rolled up vacuum sealed. Beware, item is very heavy though! The mattress is very soft and firm. It has a great feel to it! Highly recommend for a reasonable price! So happy I made this purchase! Just be careful while cutting open the box and the bag!

I purchased this king size mattress a couple of weeks ago and here is my review. This mattress is a great value for the money. It came packaged up and opening it up was a piece of cake. It inflated within an hour or two to its fullest potential size. It didn't smell bad like I've read some memory foam mattresses do. Sleeping on it. It is comfortable yet firm which works very well for my situation. I rate five stars.

It never expands to full height which i could have been okay with. But, when you lay down you immediately squish into the mattress. If you sit on the edge , again you will squish into the mattress but then slip and fall off if you're not careful. My elderly mom who I bought this for almost found out the hard way. There is absolutely no firmness to this as advertised and now I have to send it back for a refund. In the meantime my mom has to sleep on her sofa in the living room because the mattress is a safety risk.Do yourself a favor, and get something else.

This mattress is way too soft , to the point of hard to get off of it !! Very dissatisfied I see now why it was on clearance sale ! Bought it for our guest room and was so embarrassed I put my guest to sleep on it ! Even with one person on it you will roll to the middle of bed . Guess I will have to “eat” that money and go to furniture store like I should have in first place !

The mattress did not restore it's shape properly and had lumps in it. I reached out to support and to their credit they gave me some tips to try to help it work itself out but after a week of not being able to sleep on it as I was waiting for it to fix itself, I gave up. Support has been trying to offer me a replacement mattress when I just want a refund now since I had to dispose of it myself and i purchased a mattress from a local shop. So far I've only been offered a 30% refund on the purchase and I am trying to get a full refund. Would not recommend this experience.
