Very happy with our purchase. I put together myself. Definitely recommend I really like how the top and coil is seperate. Will make it easier for us to take the cover off. Photos have a blanket on it because the temperatures here will be a little chilly

Great hot tub. Only complaint is this one is loud. I like using my outside projector while using my hot tub and never had an issue hearing it on a lower setting when using the jets. When using this ones jets, I had to turn the volume up over half way. Other than that, it looks nice, is easy to set up, even has a little storage compartment in the pump with dual filters as well. It seems to draw a lot of electricity too, so make sure your place isn't rated for a lower output or you might trip a breaker, like I unfortunately did.

This product was easy to set up. That being said, I can't use it because the GFCI keeps tripping when I try to heat the water. I'm currently waiting on an electrician to come and see if it has something to do with my wiring or if the product is defective. I would recommend to have your wiring checked before buying to be safe.

will not maintain heat. put it up 4 days ago. set heat to 104°, took all night to get up to that temp. got in and enjoyed it. now it only stays at outside temps.

they didn't have the filters which showed on the box it had 2.the top caves in when it rains.the heat takes a day or 2 to heat.it us strong and holds up very nicely other then that.missong parts was my biggest issue and the top cover is worthless.

The power cord is really short along with the hoses from the pump to the hot tub. I attempted to get longer hoses but the pump continues to not work and when the heat setting is in it just read three lines it won't heat at all. I have tried troubleshooting everything but have had no luck.

The pump doesn't work. I think I've only sat in it two times. It keeps throwing a code that says a F2. The heater won't heat the water properly and the bubbles won't work. I've only had it for three weeks. I tried to call the company to get customer support. It's in China. Very disappointed wish I would've never bought it.

Heater stopped working after just a few weeks and it is almost impossible to try to reach manufacturer in customer support. The phone number Walmart gave me was disconnected.

would not hold air, had a slow leak by the intake valve seam and there are no more in stock to replace this one for me and hasnt been since purchased it.

I received the hot tub yesterday, set it up, filled it up, and it has been heating up for about 15 hours and is only at 85 degrees. It isn't even warm enough to take a shower in. This is incredibly disappointing. It should not take anywhere near this long to warm up! I definitely do not recommend this hot tub, and I will be returning it! I am extremely upset. My boyfriend and I were so excited about finally getting one of these and getting to relax and enjoy ourselves after work. Now we have one, it's set up and filled up, and we can't even use it.
