This came within 24 hours! For the price I paid (and i shopped around for two week's) this was by far the best deal! The size, %23 of jets, amount of water it holds, the ease of setting it up and how easy it is to operate! Then how amazing it feels! The worst things i can say about it is when the jets are running it doesn't continue heating. It's one or the other and it took over 24 hours to 100% heat up. I can live with that though! Also has freeze protection on it!

I like the size and the bubbles but the heater keeps shutting off before it reaches temperature. We have reached out to the website support but haven't heard anything. Getting pretty frustrated. If we don't hear something soon, it will get returned

I would not recommend spending money to get this product. I would just recommend saving your money and getting in the real thing you cannot heat and jet at the same time and it takes so long to heat up.

i Purchased this in mid-march. I opened the box and set it up 3 days ago. I like the look. Set up was easy. The circulation works well. The bubble jets seem to be good but I haven't been able to get in it yet. The display says the temperature is rising but the water is not getting warmer. This is supposed to be a fast heating hot tub but won't even get warm. I purchased the protection plan but since it is still under warranty I have to contact the manufacturer first. It is a company over seas and i haven't gotten a reply yet

After less than a month, water began leaving the spa. We couldn't find any water leaking outside of the spa and the walls were not losing air. After draining the remaining water, we noticed the water was INSIDE the walls where the air is. After contacting customer support, they clearly did not listen to what the actual problem was and there is a language barrier. We bought the extended warranty but it doesn't start for 11 months! We are very disgusted with this product and the customer service. In fact, we are still within the return period!!!!!!!

I purchased this inflatable hot tub with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has been nothing but a disappointment. Right out of the box, the product underperformed. The water filtration system is barely functional — the water became cloudy quickly and never felt clean. The heating element was either faulty or completely non-existent. Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot, the tub never reached a comfortable temperature. Worst of all, the pump completely failed less than 48 hours after setup. After just two uses, it stopped working entirely. For the price and the expectations set by the manufacturer, this product falls drastically short. I would not recommend this hot tub to anyone. Save your time, money, and frustration — look elsewhere.

Before purchasing this item, we had a full size hot tub. we decided to go with this option since it required minimal assembly. We thought that this item would function very similarly to our previous hot tub, but that is not the case at all. 1) Filters: these filters are very small and screw into the sides of the hot tub. However, after using the hot tub only twice, we realized that the filters were barely filtering anything. Small sediment and tons of hair accumulated at the bottom of the hot tub in the middle. Despite changing/cleaning the filters after every use, they did not clear any of the typical debris that our old hot tub filter would have removed. 2) Heat: on average, this hot tub heated the water at a rate of 1-2 DEGREES per hour. that means it took THREE DAYS for us to be able to use it after assembly. We had to leave it heating for 3 days straight, and then we only used it for 30 minutes... That means we would have to plan our hot tub use DAYS IN ADVANCE if we didn't have it heating to temp all the time. Typically, our old hot tub would decrease to around 85 degrees when it wasn't being used, and once you turned the temperature up, it would heat to temp within hours. 3) Blower: This hot tub will not heat while the blower (bubbles) are in use. If you have ever used a hot tub before, you will understand how crucial it is for a hot tub to maintain temperature while you are using it. All of the bubbles in the water cause the water to cool down faster, which means that you could heat the water to 100 degrees, but as soon as you turn the blower on, the temperature of the water begins to drop, and after 30-60 minutes of use, the water feels much colder than when you get in. While this hot tub is much cheaper than a traditional hot tub, it is basically unusable as a hot tub. I would rather spend the money on a used hot tub or simply save up for a traditional hot tub. And now that I have this item, I cannot return it easily since the item won't fit in the original box (since it was vacuum sealed when we received it). Hopefully my loss will help someone else avoid wasting their money.

The only thing positive thing to say about this product is that it's easy to set up. after saying that it's a quite literally a lemon. I've owned prior hot tub products and this is my far the worst. Pump quit working a week after purchasing and customer service is absolutely terrible. won't let me return but say they're sending a new pump but it's delayed time and time again, a complete joke. I will never buy a product from this company. I implore you, if wanting to purchase a portable hot tub spend the extra money and get a Coleman brand, far superior quality. how Walmart started selling this crap I don't know but might as well try your luck at buying a hot tub at TEMU, literally about the same quality. thanks for nothing Walmart, glad I gave you and Avenli money for nothing 😱
