My 2.5 year old is loving the structure. He is still incapable of doing several things on it such as the monkey bars and has not gotten confidence to climb up and over from the rock wall to the rope wall. I think it means it will last him well through the next development stages and be great for his little brother . Everything is made very well and instructions were clear. It did take two of us about 5 hours to build with two kiddos being demanding.
The customer service was so considerate and prompt in responding and they even provided me with additional 20% offer on top of my offer purchase price which was amazing . My daughter absolutely love the play structure .
I bought this item for my toddler and he loves it. My only complaint is that I'm not a fan of the straps. I'm a little paranoid about the straps sliding out while my kid is on the swing or bars. Which is a possibility if not installed properly. I noticed that some pictures on the website has different straps. I hope they offer those an alternative.
Im quite happy for now, having mounted it but my kids are yet to use it. Unfortunatley i am unable to register the guarantee as when I scan the QR code there is a dropdown menu with no options and when i submit the form it says i must fill out that field but there are no options for it.
Overall the product is ok. It took me about 5 hours to assemble so it's not as easy as they make it seemed.
I bought this with a price match guarantee on the avenlur website. The next day i saw it for $50 less on Amazon on Avenlur official amazon site. i emailed asking for a price match but they declinced, saying it was on the website offer. I felt like that was deceptive. Also one of the wood pieces broke but that was a relatively small thing that was fixed with some glue. product is sturdy and my kid likes it.
Let me start by saying we have been using this for several days and it is a great playground so far! It feels solid and sturdy and is a lot of fun. HOWEVER the level of difficulty of putting this together is definitely not worth it. There are equally awesome playgrounds that come more assembled and are less difficult. You are literally assembling every single thing. This took HOURS!! I'm not saying don't buy it but I am saying it takes a long time.
I love the quality of this little gym and the incredible building manual it came with. Any question I had was resolved with the book and the very detailed pictures. I'm really sad about the missing climbing holds. I called Avenlur before they were hesitant to send me the missing holds and I just called again and it says they are “closed” and clearly stated they are open during the week after 8am so I'm confused as to why it says they are closed during their open hours. I would love somebody to talk to and make it right to switch this review to an incredible 5 stars. Thank you
Terrible design and unsafe for children. My child's are got stuck when sliding down the slide. Poor design and cheap quality. The bars roll and don't stay put when climbing, causing child to slip. Don't waste your money on this product.
I purchased Avenlur's most expensive indoor playset, drawn by their "no splinter promise." The box arrived battered, and many pieces were broken or splintered. I paid $100 to my handyman to sand and smooth the hazardous areas after installation. Despite this, 29 days after setup, my 19-month-old, weighing just 30 pounds, climbed the slide, which snapped at the supports, causing him to hit his head on the platform. The damage revealed the poor quality of the "wood" (photos provided). Avenlur's response? A mere $80 offer after initially proposing $60. How about a new slide or an alternative product to make things right? Their lack of integrity in both craftsmanship and customer service is deeply disappointing. I hope this is resolved soon.
