Avery All-Purpose Removable Labels, 2" x 4", 100 Labels (5444)

To avoid plastic for food storage, I use glass canning jars--they're a healthier choice are cheap and reusable. The only problem for me is that regular labels are next to impossible to remove completely, makes a mess in the dishwasher and leaves the jars looking ragged after a few uses. These are super easy to peel off cleanly even when I put them over the old partially removed paper labels and the impossible to remove chalkboard labels (where the toxic marker smears and rubs off onto your family's hands). So far I haven't had any problems with these labels peeling off of the glass surfaces.

AVERY ALL PURPOSE LABELS ARE A MUST TO ADD TO YOUR CONTAINERS WHEN STORING ITEMS! JUST ADD THE NAME OF THE ITEMS! ALSO, THEY ARE EASY TO REMOVE WHEN YOU REMOVE ITEMS FROM THE CONTAINERS!

This product is so handy and convenient to have around. I prefer it to liquid paper white out. It gives good coverage over anything you want to cover it. I loved its neat and cleanness. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. P.S. It's great for labeling things, too. Sincerely, Esther Lue

Avery labels adhere well to the surfaces I use, so that my packages arrive where directed. Great quality!

I use these labels on my plastic containers in my garage to label my large plastic containers. Perfect size %26 easy to remove! Makes ease in identifying what is in the container!!

Covers addresses etc on boxes so I can reuse them again.

I used them to label plastic totes for short-term storage and moving. I wrote on them with both regular pen and sharpie marker without bleeding or soaking through. They worked great and peeled right off when I was done. No glue residue or anything.

The loudest setting is very soft. If you are the least bit hard of hearing this is not for you. It can only be heard in the room it is in. Move one room away it is impossible to hear. The one I had before had to be plugged in, but it could be heard all over the house. I would not buy again.

I like the labels, but I could not get these labels to work with my HP Envy 7645 printer. I called Avery support, they suggested creating a PDF and printing that. I tried that along with many other combinations of printer and driver settings to no avail. Is there a reason theses are not on an 8.5 x 11 in. paper? I've never had a problem with other Avery labels.

Didn't work for what I needed…the two label per sheet format instead of a full sheet was inconvenient and I couldn't format the text in Word the way I wanted. Seems they're made only for mailing labels and not adaptable for other uses. Also the labels kept curling up and not sticking to any surface.
