Avery Heat Transfer Paper for Light Fabrics, 6 Sheets (3271)

Made a quick fun black design on a yellow t-shirt. Have washed it 2x and it is still holding in place. The key is to flip the image before printing and to trim your design equally around all edges. I have not tried the ones that say "for darker shirts". I considered yellow to be light. You can see the whole image is lighter. I used an ink jet printer.

I made some really cute Mother's Day gifts using these fabric transfer sheets. I had already made flour sack kitchen towels from some bolt material I found on clearance. The towels were washed and ironed to prepare for decorating. I then used the Avery.com templates to create designs, as well as adding some scrap material for border and rick rack to some of the items. These transfer sheets were really fun to use and I will definitely be making more in the future. I wanted to keep them all for myself. I presented the women in my family with their gifts at our Mother's Day luncheon that I hosted. They loved them!

Great product! Created image on computer then “copied” image onto transfer paper. Need to use correct iron setting and apply heat for correct time then cool off the appropriate about of time before removing transfer paper. Print wording backwards on computer!

These were great and worked very well -- they printed very beautifully -- and ironed on smoothly. We used them for our church's vacation bible school and it was cheaper than buying t-shirts. The company says they are for light t-shirts, but I even did mine on a royal blue t-shirt, and it looked great.

I made a birthday tee for my son and it turned out great. I used a white tee and trimmed the edges very close to minimize the marks and follow the directions exactly. The shirt turned out great, you can't not tell it was made at home. Everybody was asking me where I got the shirt from. And most important, my son loved it because had trucks and his name on it!

I wanted to make my daughter a Christmas pillow using one of her photos of her much loved dogs. I had no idea how to transfer it to fabric but a friend recommended this product. I ordered it on line and picked it up at the store the next day but learned they actually carry it in the store in the computer paper section. It was so easy to use and she loves the pillow. I am looking for more projects now!

Great interfacing. The only thing the price went up $2 to $7. I think that is an awful big jump in price in a matter 5 weeks??

Very difficult to work with. I ruined two shirts even after following the instructions EXACT. I also purchases the dark shirt transfer and this worked exceptionally better on both light and dark material.
