Avia Men's Talus Rugged Walking Shoes, Wide Width Available

This shoe provides a comfortable fit for those of us with wider feet. That allows for a better fit as opposed to having to buy a larger shoe to accommodate a wide foot. I'm a fan of the firmer feel to this shoe as it is designed for hiking versus running. That makes it a little heavier, but also more durable if you happen to be a larger than average person. I have high arches and pair these with Dr Scholls Adapt insoles.

Years ago I had a pair of Avita tennis shoes, and they were very comfortable. These were even better. The coushiony ( if thats a word) feel was great! The support and the light weight , I didn't think about them even being on my feet. The shoes keep your feet warm, that's a or -. They run true to size, I purchase 1/2 a size larger. The quality and price are very good.

This is the most comfortable sneaker I ever had in my 48 years on this Earth. My feet swell all the time and this is a perfect fit. They go on easy and the inside is so soft and bouncy. If you thought about buying these what are you waiting for ? Worth every single penny.

I got these for my dad. He says the "wide" fit size was just perfect balance for him. He's doesn't have VERY wide feet, but they're bigger than your standard "D" size shoe, these are perfect. They also look and feel super quality. The build looks like they'll last for some good miles... Great buy 👍

I jog and golf in these shoes, and they feel great for at least the first year. Their price is a fraction of the name-brand running shoes' and the support they provide seems to last longer. If I were competing in these sports I might have a different opinion, but for what I do they are great.

These shoes really fit my feet well. I bought a pair originally from the local store, and have ordered online at least 3 more pair, (different colors). They're comfortable initially, but do break down in about 6 months or so if you wear them alot. They are reasonably priced.

I do not recommend this brand of shoe because the overall fit is not consistent. I was pleased with my first purchase of the Avia brand shoes so I decided to try them again when looking for a "Walking" shoe. My size was not available in the store so I ordered them online. This new pair didn't have the firm fit like my first pair but decided to keep them anyway. I wore them on the Walking trail this morning and realized they are a mistake. They felt loose on my feet and within minutes I could feel the negative effect on my knees. So I aborted my walk. Since I tried to use them I don't believe I can return them. So I'll try to repurpose them for something else and go back to looking for effective Walking shoes.

As an avid walker (out of the necessity to not just sit and die in my recliner and eventually be ate by my cat, lol!), I have learned that the less expensive shoes last as long for me, as the higher priced ones I have also tried over the years. Thus, I buy the lower priced ones these days. This is the FIRST time I truly regret that. These shoes are awful. Usually new shoes are either comfortable from the beginning, or become that way after a brief break-in period. These shoes refused to be either. After they created blisters on places that I wasn't aware could even occur on human feet, I returned them. However, if you hate your feet, and love pain, these are the shoes for you!

I needed the product yesterday. Paid for shipping. Product was not received, was missing and after calls and horrible customer service directed from the chat and a customer service representative that was not really helpful, telling me that I was better off cancelling my order and that she couldn't help. Then trying to follow her directions, I was unable to do what she told me to do before she hung up. It was all so frustrating, disappointing! I felt cheated and no one wasted to take responsibility or help me. I didn't want to cancel, I just wanted the product. I still haven't received my purchase. I was able to reach out to my local Walmart and they will have a replacement for my purchase waiting for my pick up. I am upset and still feel cheated from the delivery fee the inconvenience of the delay and just had a negative experience.

I saw the sneakers physically in the store but my size was a returned pair. I ordered the sneakers online but returned them immediately due to the fact they were the same returned item I saw in the store. Although Walmart fulfilled my order with the sneakers, Walmart did not inform me they were previously returned which is why I didn't buy them initially.
