Not the best
The activator for the relaxer was in a clear toiletry bottle. I wasn't full nor was it labeled. No instructions and it took an extra week to come.

WHY NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED?!?
My order included 1 small clear travel-size toiletry bottle (half full) and a small 5 oz. tub of relaxer cream. NO DIRECTIONS, NO INSTRUCTIONS.. Even the original company supplier of this Affirm product includes a paper instruction manual sheet for this. So you should go get the basic instructions for the product you sell, AND MAKE A COPY FOR EVERY PURCHASE... Include some instructions... THAT would be professional.

This is the 2nd time the WRONG activator was sent
The 1st time this was sent to me I didn't use it. But I thought I'd try my luck a 2nd time and they still sent me the wrong activator. The color of the activator is normally pink, but they sent me an activator that is completely clear. I will NOT be using this on my hair because that is very suspicious. Talk to a professional stylist and confirm that the activator for this relaxer is supposed to be clear or pink before buying from this seller. shipped from ASSA Trade in Rockville, MD. Be careful ladies.
