Avocado Leaf Tea Black Tea Blend

Black tea is a staple in my house. I drink it everyday either hot or cold, and finding this brand provided the subtle palette change I was craving. I have tried all of the brand's teas and I like that this one has caffeine in it for when I need a little pick-me-up.

I received this tea as a birthday gift from a friend of mine this year, and I absolutely love it. I've been trying to get off of coffee because I have acid reflux, and not only does this tea not irritate my stomach like coffee, but I found it actually helped my general gut health as well. This tea is great hot in the morning as a coffee replacement, and I usually drink it iced in the afternoons (which is so refreshing!). I either brew it normally and then chill it, or put some tea bags in a pitcher in the fridge overnight to sit. A class of this iced tea is a great option when it's hot out as an afternoon pick-me-up! Definitely will be buying again.
