I started using this Sensitive Skin Therapy Lotion about 6 years ago when I had asked a relative who was an Avon Rep if Avon had a product good for dry skin during the winter. She recommended this, and I can't do without it! This is by far the best I've ever used for dry/chapped skin.

I love how this lotion comes in a big bottle. I was tired of going to the store constantly because I ran out of lotion or was about to run out soon. It keeps me moisturized for a while even when I'm at work checking out people and lifting heavy stuff.

I use the Moisture Therapy Lotion often. In the past Avon stop giving the pumps as complimentary, then started charging for the pumps. I was shocked to see the new bottles of lotion I ordered came installed on the lotion bottle. Love the that. Intensive Healing lotion makes my skin feel so soft.

I've been using this hand cream for years. It's my favorite. It really works well! I always make sure I put it on at night before I go to bed. I use it during the day too.

This sz is in my daughter's room and mine as well as bathrm and kitchen. Also at daughter's work office. Use all the time. Great for dry chapped skin. Always have an extra bottle on hand.

I have been using this product for years. My issue is the original shipment and replacement shipment. Original shipment was delivered by UPS and left my package on the street in a pile of snow. The 2nd shipment was delivered this time to Avon who had packaged "Big box" for 1 large body lotion, and 4 hand lotion was damaged. I would order the product again. Please Avon, work with your packing department and UPS delivery person. By the way, these items should have been delivered by Christmas and No follow up and I decided to write a review. I am giving 4 starts for the packing and shipping. Not for the product.

This used to be my absolute favorite lotion (best I had found in ANY price category on the market!). It used to be think, luxurious, and would keep me hydrated all day. I hadn't ordered any in over a year because it was always out of stock when I tried. I finally saw it was in stock and ordered, happy to get what I thought was a deal on two bottles. What a disappointment. I don't know what happened but the formula appears different. It is now very thin and runny. I have to apply several times a day so it is no longer a good deal for me. It's really a shame..the price keeps going up and the quality is going down. Not good at all.

I have used the lotion out of the tube for years. That's what I thought I was getting with this purchase. It is not near as thick and does not help my hands like the tube.

When I received the lotion the box was partially open, there was a piece of brown paper in the box next to the lotion but not wrapped around it. The pump cap was completely broken off, so you can't use it in order to get the lotion out of the bottle. My first time ordering, not a good first impression. Can you please send me a replacement pump cap so I can use the lotion easily or should I return the bottle for a refund.

The order arrived damaged. The cap/pump was separated from the bottle. I could not get it to go back on. Consequently, in order to use the lotion I have to attempt to juggle it and try to slap the product out. I contacted my Avon lady who could not initiate a replacement. That now falls on a customer. She was able to find one for me and is mailing it.
