Bought these for a camping trip to keep contact w the kids as they road off into the campground. The signal was strong as we communicated a few miles away across a lake. I purchased these for work at a hospital and so far they work really well. I have gone from the barn to the other side of the fields to inside the basement and have not lost a signal.

works very well and was a much easier setup than a previous brand i had to return. Haven't had a real chance to use it at a good distance yet. but it works at a short distance, so far. one of the clip belt doesn't work properly. but they got back with me to resolve the issue. they said they will replace it. we will see.

There are 3 walkie talkies, I like there are different colors. This walkie talkie comes with flash lights, and a function I haven’t seen before. You can make another walkie talkie ring by pressing a button, I think this is good to call attention if another person didn’t hear you. I tried about 1 mile away, and the signal is still pretty good. I will bring to a cruise and test out more.

For a kids product these things do so much that it was hard for me to understand all of it completely. I needed to lock them out of all those options because they wouldn't be able to talk to each other if they changed the mode or frequency. Which I found a way but unlocking was easy too.

We are on day two of using these. They do a great job letting my kids check in even on the other side of the neighborhood. They are easy to use and I can actually understand what they are saying. Battery life seems good so far but it is too soon to really tell.

My teen wanted a "Ghost Hunting" kit. So I looked for a few things that we could use. These were priced right, for how many we needed. I gave these 4 stars simply for battery life. The battery life was aweful on these. When we received them, we gave them a full charge. Then, gave them a full discharge. 1 lasted an hour, the other 2 lasted about half an hour to 45 minutes each. That is generous for the half hour. However, after about 4 full cycles they are holding charges closer to the correct times given on website. My recommendation is to let them run completely down and fully charge at least a few times if you have battery problems. When they were working, they did work well. we could communicate well. They do get some crackle occasionally, but they are pretty clear most of the time.

It states that they are long distance range and but, they don't. I went on a cruise and used them (TRIED TO USE THEM). They only worked when we were next to each other. I was on the 8th and my family on the 5th, and we heard NOTHING. I change the channel still NOTHING. THEY DON'T WORK !! signal none, reach didn't

These seemed great when I read the reviews and they are attractive, easy to use but they did not work straight out of the box. Would not hold a charge. Very disappointed. I wanted to use these with a sick relative in another part of the house who has mobility issues.

Bought this for a Christmas gift and one of the walkie talkies doesn't work (it won't power on even after charging). Seller is completely unresponsive at their 'website'. Now I have one-of-three kids without a walkie talkie. The only remedy is to return them all to the store and reorder another three walkie talkies. If I do that, will all the new ones work? I hoped the seller would simply send me a replacement but as noted they don't respond. I suggest anyone interested in these walkie talkies go to their website first and see how weird it is. They list the warranty as only 30 days?
