Awntech Retractable Awning
I debated awhile before making this retractable purchase, but I'm glad I did. The 16" awning is perfect for my deck. I face south and the sun in SW Florida can be intense. Wow what a difference it doubled the size of my seating area out of the sun. The delivery was very quick and easy. The guys delivered into my garage. Installation was a snap. Within 1 hour I installed the brackets provided. Then the awning was slipped into place with the help of 2 other people. Perfect. The purchase was better than anticipated. Plus I should mention the great deal I received from purchasing from Walmart.com

It's a beautiful awning, we love it but the front bar is dented too much We don't know what to do bc to do a return they don't offer another one just the money back Would they give a discount and maybe we can get someone to fix it? Please let us know as soon as you can Thanks Mrs. Venneri

Disappointed
Awning was supposed to be motorized and it was NOT. Impossible to return since it was delivered on a semi-tractor trailor.

Too heavy! Dangerous!
Too big, too heavy, I am afraid it'll fall and kill someone under it. I am returning it.
