Product great, shipping communications poor.
Great price, awning was very good quality. Shipping was disappointing. After expected arrival date passed, I used the tracking number to find the shipment was in Dallas, and had been there a week. An email to the shipper went un-replied. Two days later it left Dallas and arrived a few days later. The box arrived damaged, but the contents just needed touchup paint. Would have been better to notify me of the later ship date.

Too big, too heavy, I am afraid it'll fall and kill someone under it. I am returning it.
