The work was well described and delivered quickly. It was a very successful transaction. 16:9 HD ratio for standard, short focus and ultra short focus projectors.

The screen itself is thick and durable and wasn't too hard to assemble I did it myself within 2 hours, however one side of the brackets didn't align with the screw holes so I couldn't screw in one side however I just put that side on the top and it's been holding up just fine

Setup took some time but the final output was good.

I would give this more stars if it had come with proper parts OR if they would fix their screw up and sent me the correct parts. The outside frame has parts that are about 2-2.5 inches short. So no outside frame. I've sent maybe 6 emails, they responded at first but as soon as I sent them the pictures and order number, it's been crickets. This company had terrible customer service. Here's the thing, in the instruction manual it even states, if there is a problem with the parts or parts not fitting, to reach out to customer service, it's like they know there are going to be problems. This is a big stay-away company.

Item not delivered but proceed the refund

Didn't even get a chance to assemble the whole thing as one of the part (inside plate to connect the support rod) is missing. The packaging was poorly done, box was torn on some places. Will surely return this item as it is of no use without the missing piece.
