AXE Styling Clean Cut Look Pomade Classic 2.64 oz

I really like the scent, it does a good job at keeping my hair in place (especially when I combine it with hairspray) when it's really windy. I just use a little and it doesn't leave my hair nearly as sticky as my hairspray.

I received this pomade in exchange for my honest opinion and honestly my husband and I love this pomade . Like all axe products this smells great ! My husband is very picky with any kind of product for he's hair .This pomade does its job not only does it smell good but it actual stays on for a great while . It gives your hair a clean and polished look . It goes on your hair very smooth . It looks as if it has glitter but when it goes on it doesn't . It is a clear pomade ! My husband had a pomade that look good on he's hair but it had a Terrible smell , it smell like burn oil . I just love this pomade it smell so fresh . I recommend this to everyone , ladies want your husband looking and smelling good try this pomade you wont regret it !

Hi there, i have been using this product for about 2 weeks now and i would definitely suggest it to others to use. It smells great and really does hold your hair in style for the entire day IMO. It's very easy to use and it doesn't take much for it to work effectively. Just put a dab on your finger, rub into both of your hands, and rub it into your hair, it's that easy. I don't know how long this container will last but i plan on getting another one when it's empty. Two thumbs up from me.

The Axe Clean-Cut Look Pomade is a great alternative to high-end styling gel. The pomade has a nice pleasant smell – it does not have a strong alcohol or perfume-like scent into it. Inside the jar’s lid is a clear visual instruction on how to use and apply the pomade into your hair. The instruction shows to apply the pomade into your damp hair. However, I believe that doing the reverse order works best. Pomade compared to gel is a lot thicker in volume. I found that spreading the pomade first into the palm of your hand and rub with a small amount of water thins the consistency of the pomade. The pomade can now be easily applied to your dry or damp hair. The pomade is applied evenly into your hair and prevents uneven build-up in one area of your hair. The Axe Clean-Cut Look Pomade works best with short hair. It works best with short manageable hair – your hair can be styled to your preference without the use of hair spray. With thinly and evenly applied pomade, using a hair blower will perfectly style your hair into place. Styling gels dries out at the end of the day but with the Axe Clean-Cut Look Pomade, your hair will not dry out and you will always have that nice clean fresh look.

I can say I am honestly in love with this product! I am a huge fan and would tell anyone to try Axe Refined Clean- Cut Look Pomade because it works and has a great strong hold! This Axe Refined Clean- Cut Look Pomade is the real deal! My client has unruly thick hair that resists most products and this Axe Pomade let me style his hair beautifully and easily. I am very pleased with the ease of use. The pomade itself is very light and airy (many pomades are heavy, thick, and greasy- but NOT this pomade!) and I rubbed it in between my fingers and applied to dampened hair and then styled it and blow dried it. It left my clients hair looking completely awesome! He loved it! It didn't leave his hair hard and crunchy, his hair was smooth but held strongly in place. The pomade has a delicately pleasant fruity smell, it is not over powering and is gender neutral which is a huge plus. The pomade looks really cool- it is shimmery blue (it goes on clear so no worries!). I do a lot of "alternative" style hair (think Mohawks and spikes) and this Axe Pomade product really helps me accomplish that look. Wonderful product definitely worth a try!

It was showing that it was available at the store but it wasn't. Had to order it online. There was no problem with that.

Works better than the salon stuff! I have curly hair and actually use this product to scrunch and tame my curls a little. A little bit goes a long way!

Style soft and easy to use

For a direct comparison I normally use the Redken Brews Pomade, which is recommended highly by my stylist. While less expensive mainly due to its smaller size, there are some pros and cons to this. The product is a good value, has an appealing scent, and is easy to work into the hair. It holds up fairly well throughout the day, and dries softer than its competitor. It also dries completely clear which the Redken Brews product does not always. It's a nice alternative, and the fact that it is sold by Walmart and the Redken Brews line is not gives it another advantage here. Highly recommended for styling choice for the every day user.
