Easy %26 Effective
Simple, effective, inexpensive. The expensive, unreliable counter cluttering powered options are not worth it. For best results place your ear on the sink counter, nose over the sink bowl and dispense into upper nostril, draining thru bottom one. Reverse to other side and repeat.
