this was easy to assemble. the instructions were easy to understand. It keep or inclosed deck nicely comfortable when really cold.
In this time of COVID, some guests worry that a fan blowing or propane shooting out of a heater will spread the virus. These are basically space heaters on a stick, so they need to be placed at least somewhat close to people's chairs. That said, they put out a lot of heat and height is easily configured to match the desires of the person.
Liked it so much I bought a second one. Nice heat source and easy to put together.
Had to return due to very short electric cord, unit itself was very nice
Ordered 2 of these for use in the backyard patio. They provide decent heat when sitting under them. I returned one because it was missing a part and the base had two small dents. Not sure if it was a returned item. Overall would recommend if you would rather not have to deal with a propane gas outdoor heater.
good for a small and enclosed space but definitely not something that makes a difference if you put it outside
The heater worked great, but was missing some parts so I could not adjust the height. It was also missing the part to tighten the heating part, so anyone could have easily burned themselves if they knocked over the heater. The bottom stand has a dent
I bought this for my garage for this fall and winter in Michigan during Covid so we can see people. I have not used it yet but it turns on and off and appears to heat up well with the trial. Not cumbersome and stores easily in my garage, and the price was reasonable. Excellent delivery and notifications from Walmart.com. 2 problems: VERY short power cord--will definitely need a 3 prong extension cord to use this in my garage. Also, terrible and inaccurate assembly instructions with even the wrong contact email printed on every page. The brochure, pictures and the parts didn't match. I got it part-way together and called the company for help. The man at AZ patio asked me to send pictures of what I was having issues with to an email address different from the one in the booklet. I did, and then received an automatic generated generic email from them with no answers. A week later, still have not had a call or email back with more info. I went online to look for better instructions but didn't find them. I figured out how to get it together but have several leftover parts that I didn't know what to do with. Hopefully the unit will work ok and not fall over and burn anything. The jury is still out on this unit.
This functioned more like a night light, than a patio heater. We tried using on an outdoor patio area in addition to firepit. The temperatures were in the 40s. While seated, the heater is raised too high to feel anything. There aren't many options to lower it enough unless you decide to alter it.. I don't feel I would need it for warmer weather, so not sure it was worth it for me. If using in enclosed patio it may work bette for you.
Started Fire-be careful with this unit. The first time I plugged it in it started a fire. It says it's not returnable so not sure what to do.
