The packaging is clean, white letters are hard to read, black letters also need to be bigger. I did not notice any difference, but I do not process things like this fast . I would need 2 months to align with my body. I would not buy for me because I did not see a difference for me and it is very expensive for a 1 month supply. I like that it is both a prebiotic and a probiotic . Easy to open container.
