I have 2 printers for office and home office and I panicked when the alert said "net new drum' and my first thought was Walmart Internet - I get all my toner there so I was glad when I could purchase 2-drums unit and was surprised how affordable they were. Delivery was great and they always come in good condition via USPS - they are dependable and I feel my product is safe in the transit. A big 5 stars!

I'm becoming more and more impressed with WalMart. These units came in 2 days (ordered them Saturday afternoon and Monday morning they were here!

The drums are smooth and quiet. Awesome product!

We have 2 printers in a daycare. One in the office that gets quite a bit of use and one in the hallway for 4 teachers and they use the heck out of it. So far after 2 weeks they have worked flawlessly. No jams, ink runs or anything. Just smooth printing.

We cannot figure out how to exchange the ink cartridge. We tried calling customer service but was unable to understand them due to thick accent.

We had to reset our printer, and it still shows that the printer is out of toner, even though we use both of the new ones to try it not worth the effort

Very unhappy we had to order another brand not working

The copier started jamming. Paper would get stuck I'd have to pull it out. Then copier would say no toner. Have to turn off copier. And back on. Found out if it wasn't double sided it wouldn't jam. Bit the bullet and bought a $100 genuine Brother toner from Office Max that night and new drum works great
