I used the B-Complex 100 mg. for many years - just one capsule every morning with breakfast (be sure to eat as you can feel nauseated if taken alone). I always have energy and it helps the mood as well. A year or so ago I tried the B-Complex 50 mg., but finally realized my energy level was not the same. So, back to the 100 mg.!

When the doctor suggested that I needed to take an entire list of items like folic acid, vitamin B-6, etc., I checked and found that the B-Complex 100 had the majority of the items already in it. Ordered and showed to the dietician and she was pleasantly surprised that I had covered her list with one capsule. They are great ... I have more energy!

EXCELLENT!!! I have always loved and appreciated Solaray B-100 complex since I first found it many years ago. Unfortunately, I stopped taking it at the advice of someone over a decade ago. This purchase is my first purchase since stopping, and I am soooooo grateful for making the decision to begin again!!! The energy I feel and solidity of mood is more than I had remembered!

My husband can take the B-100's and that's fine. But my question is why does Solaray produce B-50's and B-75's (can purchase in stores) but they aren't available on your website for purchase for myself and others that the B-100's are too strong for? We moved to a small town that does not have vitamin stores nearby. More than 3 hours away. Would like to buy online now out of necessity.
