Will recommend for beginners especially.
They walk you through every step of setting up everything , they also answer quickly when I have a question, Prints great colors it is easy to use the only negative thing I have is how loud it is .

Working great!
Just got my printer recently. It's working great. Their customer support team was available 24-7 to help me with set up and getting my first print made. So far the machine is working great and have made some great custom tshirts!

Fast shipping had problems with the damp head upon receiving the printer. Tech support was very helpful getting the printer started and now it prints beautiful and vibrant. Do recommend this product
