The shipping was fast. I received the chair sooner than expected. The chair came in two separate boxes due to size. The boxes arrived one day apart. No missing pieces or damage. Nicely packed. This chair is heavy duty. Great quality. Unfortunately I couldn't find this chair with a gold base to match my other accessories in the suit, so I got creative and bought a gold metallic spray and changed the silver base to gold. Absolutely love this chair. You can bring it as high up as you want. Back down. Lay flat back and turn it facing whichever way you want. The best part is that the chair locks in place when reclined back. This chair is very comfortable. Worth every penny. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend!

The parts came in two separate boxes, which I do understand for shipping reasons, but the other parts took days to come then when the second parts came, the foot pedal in the back was not the right size so I reached out to the manufacturer to try and get a new one. They kept telling me no no it's fine then they said a new one and it's definitely too small. The first one was too big. The second one's too small. I haven't been able to use the chair for weeks now. No one is getting back to me on if they can send a new part or else. I just want to return the chair, not worth the hassle for the price.
