I love the chair itself. It's beautiful and girly, just what I like! The seat is roomy, but I am a bigger girl (245lb) and I JUST fit into the seat. While it will fit most clients, some plus sized clients or full sized men may not fit comfortably in the seat. The arm rests don't give much flexibility for wider hips. The reclining feature is also great, but the chair feels a little wobbly when reclined back. Once again, probably varies based on the size of your client. As a bigger woman I didn't have 100% support to feel confident I wouldn't hit the ground. Overall I really do love this chair and I will keep it. I would recommend it for a casual client base, maybe not for a place with consistent in/out turn around only because of the wear and tear on the recliner feature. I can't say I would trust it to hold up too awful long for that reason only. If you don't need the recliner feature, it would be a GREAT option for a salon that needs some chair-acter ;)
