High quality cookware for middle quality price!
Ordered this set for my girlfriend for Christmas. She wanted to replace her beat up frying pans, but I wanted a real set of oven safe pans so I went all out. The non stick coating blows any of the ceramic coated pans out of the water, by far. And the fact that all the pans, and lids are oven safe is awesome. The pans are heavy duty and super thick. They heat very evenly, and the construction feels like they will last for a very very long time. Yes they are more pricey than other sets on the market, but the quality more than makes up for it. I cook the most so I refused to buy another bargain set of pans, and I was so blown away by the quality I bought another of the same sets for my mother to replace all her pots and pans as well!! Clearly Babish did his homework and went with a real quality company to put his name on. I would recommend this set to anyone, beginner cook to expert chef!!
