Babish 10" Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Skillet in Black

Nice 10 inch cast iron pan. I really like that it has pour spouts on both sides and I always find the assist handle to be a nice option since cast iron pans can be heavy when pulling out of the oven with food in it. This is one of the better preseason jobs that I've seen, even though I still gave it a couple of light seasonings before using it. I'm sure I will get many years of use if it's anything like my grandmother's pan that I also have that is over 80 years old.

I’m really impressed by this cast iron skillet. It looks really high end with the Babish impressions on it. It’s nice and smooth on the inside, and preseasoned. I’m excited to start cooking my southern dishes in this thing. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for an impressive cast iron skillet!

This is a nice sized skillet, not too large, and not too small - 10 inches in diameter, 17 inches across the handles. It's solid cast iron, but not too heavy for everyday use. It has pour spouts on both sides so it doesn't matter if you you're right or left - handed. I wanted it for making frittatas: start cooking on the stove, and complete cooking in the oven. One of the nicest features is the small handle on the opposite side of the long handle, which makes it easier to load and unload into the oven.

Absolutely fantastic product. This cast iron skillet is a great size at 10 inches. It is a much easier one to handle than our heavy 12 one We've had a few great meals from it and will definitely be using it often. Just remember to follow the cleaning and conditioning instructions. Very, very important. It should give many yummy cooking years ahead.

This is the pan if you are looking for Restaurant Quality Steaks With a nice crust and a juicy inside just like you'd get if you are out for dinner i ran out and got a steak as soon as i got this pan. And had the best steak ever. Than the next night i made Burgers and again perfect. It was easy to clean. Held heat very well. It was great it came already seasoned. I washed it dried it well and started cooking. Can not get any better than that.i own many cast iron pans handed down to me but this is the first well thought out pan. The long handle that is standard on one side and the smaller one on the other is much easier to handle than my old one having to always having a thick towel to balance the pan. I used two holders instead

The cast iron skillet is awesome! The quality of material is super nice. It’s easy to use and pretty simple to maintain. You can make so many awesome dishes with it and the flavor is great. I love that it can be used on a stovetop or in an oven. The possibilities are endless!

This cast iron pan screams high quality. It is heavy and comes pre-seasoned so I was able to put it straight to use. The entire thing is cast iron so it can go from stove, straight to oven. It perfectly crisps and there are two spouts for easy pouring.

What sets this apart for me compared to other cast iron skillets are the comfortable handle and the side spouts. Otherwise, it's conveniently pre-seasoned and ready to use out of the box. Functions as a cast iron skillet should! Unrelated to the skillet itself, but the packaging was excellent and packed in such a way that ensures no damage during the shipping process.

This Babish Cast Iron Preseasoned Skillet 12" is really nice and seems super high quality. It's a bit to heavy in my opinion and would have been much better if it came with the top cover but it's great plus my husband loved it. I would suggest being gentle when washing and cleaning it. I was not too sure on this cast iron Babish pan because I tried to season it and when I wiped it all the black coating looks like it came off. It seemed like just steel is showing. I followed directions so do not know what happen. I love the depth of it and the size of it with the pour handle but am unsure until I hear back how to go about seasoning it if I can actually do that again. It is 12 inches and a great size. I have had cast iron skillets that this never happened to so am unsure. I will come back to re-rate my review if I can get it to be Black all the way through again.
