I ordered this online through the Walmart app. It was ready within a few hours. My daughter loves dolls and this was the perfect gift for her. It comes with a lot of accessories to comb hair and dress up.

doll need 4 AA batteries to operate. I have bought baby alive dolls in the past and they did not need batteries but thia one does!

My granddaughter loves baby dolls and this baby alive doll was on a great deal! Couldn't pass it up. She is a cutie!

The doll is as expected. Very cute. A better price than a major competitor and it arrived quicker than the competitor could deliver it. That was important because it was a gift.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Baby Alive Ellie Grows Up Doll turned out to be a huge hit with my 6 year old daughter. She absolutely loves it and takes it everywhere she goes. Ellie is no ordinary doll in any way. She actually grows the more you take care of her. To see the excitement light up in a child's eyes as she watches Ellie get taller and taller is totally worth the price for me. The more baby Ellie gets rocked and fed, the more she actually grows! And what's amazing is that you can literally watch her get taller as she sounds off with a chime every time she does so. She talks the part as she uses what seems to be an endless array of phrases in accordance with where she's currently at in the growth stage. And she looks the part as she transitions into a full grown princess with a beautiful dress and long hair extensions. When it's time to start the clock over and shrink back into baby Ellie form, that could be done with the simple push of a button. This is a great toy that promotes the importance of caring and nurturing for a young child. It also rewards them by allowing them to see and hear their progress in watching Ellie grow from a small baby to a tall princess.

Also when she grows you can attach her hair with her crown. She talks, and giggles. And you can actually see her grow. Also comes with a growing chart to keep track. Does require batteries.

I purchased this product for my 3-year-old daughter, but unfortunately she didn't quite grasp the concept of the baby growing and aging. However, my 7-year-old son and I found it really interesting and enjoyable. My daughter, on the other hand, lost interest in the additional accessories that came with the product and lost them

I paid $55.00 for doll on-line. When doll arrived and I opened up the box, a bright yellow Walmart sticker was on the front of box which read Clearance $20.00. I returned the doll as I believe it was an old doll and it had a $20 sticker on it. Why would I pat $35.00 extra for an old doll. Very unhappy about this!!
